Ruben Rubalcava

Ruben Ruvalcaba serves as the executive director and president of Chaplains Eagle Ministry, where he faithfully provides spiritual oversight and leadership for the ministries mission to reach incarcerated youth with the gospel of Jesus Christ. With a heart for discipleship and restoration, Ruben is committed to guiding the ministry in accordance with biblical principles while fostering at atmosphere of compassion, hope and transformation. Through his leadership, Chaplains Eagles Ministry has continued to expand his outreach through Bible studies, mentoring opportunities, special events, community partnerships that demonstrate the love of God and practical ways. As an overseer, Ruben Rubalcaba is dedicated to equipping volunteers, encouraging youth, and ensuring that every ministry effort points individuals toward the hope, grace and saving message of Jesus Christ.
