About Chaplains Eagles Ministry
Our Organization
Chaplains Eagle Ministry. Is an interdenominational religious organization assigned by the county of Los Angeles Board of Supervisors to partner with the county of Los Angeles Probation departments juvenile division to preside over ALL Protestant ministry services at detention centers, ( juvenile halls ) and consisting residential facilities (camps). We train, licensed and supervise Chaplains and volunteers in all prescribed activities to achieve successful ministry to the youth.
Our Mission
Our goal is to compassionately provide Pastoral care in response to the needs of the youth who are seeking religious guidance and to protect the physical and spiritual welfare of the youth.
Protection of the physical is accomplished by adhering to all rules, regulations and standards of the Los Angeles County probation department. Protecting of the spiritual is accomplished by providing a full chaplaincy program consisting of the following programs: Sunday services, weekly Bible studies, one-on-one religious counseling, special activities, (concerts, car and bike shows, BBQs, Thanksgiving and Christmas events, distributing of Bibles, daily breads, and other religious materials, clergy visits and ensuring the religious rights of the youth.
