As treasure of chaplain's Eagles ministry, Carmen Avila, faithfully serves by providing financial stewardship with integrity, accountability, and a commitment to honoring God in every aspect of the ministry. She overseas the ministries financial records, managed donations and expenditures, assist with budgeting, and helps ensure that resources are used wisely to support the mission of reaching incarcerated youth with the gospel of Jesus Christ. Through her intelligence and dedication Carmen helped strengthen the ministries ability to provide Bible studies, mentoring holiday meals, outreach events, and other programs that demonstrate God's love and compassion.
